Technical information
Hosting and infrastructure providers may process limited technical information necessary to operate and secure the website.
2. How Your Email Address Is Used
Your email address is used only for the purpose for which you provided it, unless you separately choose another purpose.
Resource unlock
If you provide your email to access Dreamer’s Climb, The Bravo Room or another free resource, your email may be used to provide or support that access.
Download
If you request the Phone Green Screen Kit or another download, your email may be recorded in connection with that request.
Waitlist or project updates
If you join the ExitPal launch list or another project-specific list, your email may be used for communications relating to that project.
Planifest newsletter
You will receive general Planifest news, marketing or newsletter emails only if you separately select the newsletter option.
Joining a resource, project or waitlist does not automatically subscribe you to the general Planifest newsletter.
3. Legal Basis for Processing
Depending on the situation, Planifest processes personal data on the following bases:
Providing something you requested
Where information is necessary to provide access to a resource, project or service you requested.
Consent
Where you voluntarily join a newsletter, launch notification list or another optional communication. You can withdraw consent at any time.
Legitimate interests
Where limited processing is reasonably necessary to operate, protect and improve the website, prevent misuse and maintain website security.
Legal obligations
Where information must be retained or processed to comply with applicable law.
4. Email Preferences and Withdrawal
You may withdraw your consent to optional communications at any time.
To request removal from optional communications, contact privacy@planifest.studio or hello@planifest.studio.
Withdrawing newsletter consent does not necessarily require deletion of information that must still be retained for another legitimate purpose, such as fulfilling a resource request or complying with legal obligations.
5. Service Providers
Planifest uses third-party technology providers to operate the website.
These may include services used for:
- website hosting and deployment
- database and file storage
- authentication and security
- domain management
- email forwarding and email communication
Current providers include Vercel, Supabase, Squarespace and Google.
These providers may process information on Planifest’s behalf according to their own infrastructure and data-processing arrangements.
Planifest does not sell your personal information.
6. How Long Information Is Kept
Personal information is retained only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purpose for which it was collected and for any applicable legal, security or record-keeping requirements.
In particular:
- newsletter information may be retained until you unsubscribe or withdraw consent
- project or waitlist information may be retained while the relevant project or communication remains active
- resource-access records may be retained where reasonably necessary to manage access and related requests
- privacy or support correspondence may be retained where necessary to respond to the request or establish a record of how it was handled
Planifest will periodically review stored information and delete or anonymise information that is no longer required.
7. Your Private Vision Board and Daily Intentions
The personal Vision Board and Daily Intentions you create on Planifest are designed to remain private to you.
They are stored locally in your browser on your device rather than being added to the public Planifest database.
Planifest does not receive or view the content you add to your private Vision Board through this feature.
Because the information is stored locally:
- using another device or browser will not automatically transfer your board
- clearing browser or site data may remove it
- uninstalling or resetting a browser may remove it
- Planifest cannot recover information that exists only in your local browser
The public Planifest Vision is separate from your private Vision Board.
8. Cookies and Browser Storage
Planifest currently uses browser storage and essential technologies where necessary for website functionality.
These technologies may be used to:
- remember access to an unlocked online project
- maintain necessary authentication or security functions
- save your private Vision Board and Daily Intentions locally on your device
Planifest does not currently intentionally use advertising cookies.
Website analytics
Planifest uses Vercel Web Analytics to understand aggregated website traffic, including page views, referrers, approximate country, browser and device information. Vercel Web Analytics does not use cookies for this purpose and does not track visitors across different websites. Its generated visitor hash is discarded after 24 hours.
If advertising or other non-essential tracking technologies are introduced, this policy and the website’s consent controls will be updated as required.
9. Your Data-Protection Rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may have the right to:
- ask what personal information Planifest holds about you
- obtain a copy of your information
- correct inaccurate information
- request deletion of information
- restrict certain processing
- object to certain processing
- receive certain information in a portable format

Planifest uses reasonable technical and organisational measures intended to protect personal information against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure or loss.
12. Children
