Planifest may offer:

Features may be added, modified or removed as Planifest develops.
2. Manifestation and Results
Planifest approaches manifestation as part of a broader process involving intention, planning, action, reflection and experimentation.
No particular result is promised or guaranteed.
Examples, personal experiences, goals, proof stories and case studies published on Planifest describe individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guarantees that another person will achieve the same outcome.
Your results depend on many factors outside Planifest’s control.

Planifest content is provided for general informational, educational and personal-development purposes.

Some Planifest resources are available free of charge but require an email address to unlock or access them.
Providing an email for a specific resource does not automatically subscribe you to the general Planifest newsletter.
Planifest may change, replace or discontinue free resources over time.
5. Personal-Use Licence
Unless a product specifically states otherwise, Planifest downloads, templates, tools and other digital materials are provided for your personal use only.
You may not:
- resell them
- redistribute them
- upload them for public distribution
- reproduce them as your own product
- remove Planifest branding and sell the resulting material
- commercially sublicense them
Normal personal printing and use is allowed.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise indicated, Planifest branding, original text, graphics, product designs, templates, software interfaces, downloadable materials and other original content are owned by or licensed to Planifest.
You may not use Planifest intellectual property commercially without permission.
Links to Planifest and ordinary sharing of publicly available pages are permitted.
7. Private Locally Stored Content
Some Planifest tools allow you to create personal content that is stored only in your browser.
You are responsible for maintaining access to that information.
Planifest cannot guarantee recovery of locally stored information if you:
- clear browser storage
- change devices
- change browsers
- reset your device
- delete local site data
Planifest is not responsible for loss of information stored exclusively on your own device.
8. Availability
Planifest is an evolving project.
The website, applications, downloads or individual features may occasionally:
- become unavailable
- change
- be updated
- contain errors
- be discontinued
Reasonable efforts will be made to maintain the website, but uninterrupted availability is not guaranteed.

Those services operate under their own terms and privacy practices.
Planifest is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.

Any additional terms relating to prices, payment, delivery, refunds, cancellation rights or digital-content access will be presented before paid purchasing is enabled.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Cyprus.
Nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer or statutory rights that apply under Cyprus or European Union law or other applicable law.

Planifest may update these Terms as the website and its services develop.
